In practice, I focus on meeting the needs of my clients. All sessions are collaborative and integrative with provider and client in partnership so that we can explore what will work best for each individual situation. I derive my practice from various theories that include: relational, Polyvagal theory, attachment, IFS, humanistic and narrative theories.
Understanding how your thoughts and behaviors (top down approach) are associated to the felt emotions in your body (bottom up approach) takes practice and courage to make change with action. Our work together will focus on the deep connection between the mind and body, using evidence-based and integrative modalities to gently guide you back to a sense of safety, resilience, and wholeness.
I support clients through:
🌿 Nervous system regulation and polyvagal-informed therapy
🌬️ Breathwork and somatic practices that reconnect you with your body
💡 Brainspotting to access and resolve stored trauma
🌸 Support for women in perimenopause and menopause, including mood shifts, identity loss, and anxiety
🧠 Treatment for health anxiety, generalized anxiety, and stress-related conditions
🧘♀️ Mindfulness, movement, and trauma-informed education that empowers lifelong healing
Healing is not about fixing what's broken—it's about returning to yourself. We will create a safe, compassionate space where your symptoms are honored as messages from a nervous system seeking balance. Together, we'll explore what your body already knows: how to heal.
